Services

Grow Financial focuses on personal financial strategies, helping our clients to achieve both short and long term goals. We also offer a wide range of complementary services noted below in The Big Picture.

Our professional review of client accounts includes researching investments, and analyzing economic and financial environments domestically and abroad, to provide timely advice. Our personal financial strategies are designed to help meet each client’s goals and time horizons.

Our Commitment to Service
We encourage regular meet-ups with our clients to ensure we are meeting their individual needs as well as keeping pace with changing economic times. We know that personalized service is essential to building and maintaining relationships with every investor, so please reach out to us at any time.

Each investment program is structured to suit each client’s individual circumstances. It’s not unusual for us to work with two or three generations in a single family to provide them with estate and legacy planning that will benefit their family for decades.

About Us

The Firm
The original firm, Sykes Financial Services, was founded in 1984 by R. Gordon Sykes. From 2021 to 2025 Gordon mentored new owner Tim Batog prior to Gordon’s retirement exit. Tim purchased the then 40-year Sykes Financial, and the firm is now rebranded as Grow Financial.

Our Mission
At Grow Financial, our mission is to help our clients achieve financial independence through personalized investments, estate, tax, insurance and mortgage planning strategies. The goal is to provide both long-term growth opportunities and monthly income generating investments to clients who are working, retired, or approaching retirement.
